If for any reason you are not happy with the flowers or products you purchased, you may request a return within 48 hours of the time of purchase.  No refunds on flowers or live plants shall be given. In the event that an ordered item is set to be delivered and does not make it to the address or recipient then your order is subject to a refund.  Hard Goods and supply products are eligible for exchange only.
